The molinillo, batidor or espumador, also known by its Nahuatl names aquaujl or aquahuitl, is a traditional Colombian and Mexican kitchen utensil made of turned wood and used as a whisk. It is mainly used for the preparation of hot drinks such as chocolate, atole and champurrado.Do not wash in the dishwasher. Do not use aggressive cleaning products or scouring pads.
